Stone Crab Claws with Mustard Sauce Recipe

Ingredients
  • 8 stone crab claws, cooked and cracked
  • Sauce
  • 3 1/2 teaspoons dry mustard
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon A.1 Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons cream
  • Dash of salt
Directions
Stone crabs are in season when we are in Florida in March. It is a tradition that I have them at dinner at least once a trip. It is a highlight of our visit. Serve warm or cold.
