Meatloaf 117 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 pound Ground Beef
  • 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
  • 1 package Lipton onion soup mix or diced onion
  • 3/4 cup Milk
  • 3/4 cup saltines (approx.)
  • 1 egg
  • Topping
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons mustard
Directions
Mix together everything but the topping. Place in a greased loaf pan. Mix together topping. Put on top of meat. Cook for 1 hour at 350°.
