Ingredients
2 cups whole wheat flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
2 pinches salt
2 cups whole milk.
2 Eggs
2 tablespoons Honey
2 teaspoons oil
Directions
Mix dry ingredients well. Add the rest of the ingredients. Whisk well, pour into waffle iron, and note batter will expand when cooked, cook until brown for light airy crispy waffles.
