Vegetarian Chili 6 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 Chopped Onion
  • 1/3 cup chopped celery
  • 1 chopped green pepper
  • 1 chopped red pepper
  • 1/2 cup vegetable stock
  • 1 can drained kidney beans
  • 1 can chili mix
  • 1 can drained black beans
  • 1 - 15 ounce cans - tomato sauce
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons Chili Powder
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 cup shredded or diced carrot
Directions
Mix onion, celery, peppers, garlic, carrots in the vegetable stock and simmer in large pot until tender. Add rest of ingredients and simmer 1 hour. Serve hot.
