Ingredients
1/4 cup butter
3/4 cup onion, diced
1 1/2 pounds ground beef
1 teaspoon Salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/4 cup flour
1 2/3 cups evaporated mile
3/4 cup ketchup
2 tablespoons dried parsley
Directions
Cook onions in butter until tender, about 5 minutes. Add ground beef, salt and pepper, breaking up beef with a fork. Cook until meat is browned. Reduce heat and blend in flour. Gradually stir in evaporated milk. Continue cooking until thickened, stirring occasionally. Sit in ketchup and parsley and heat. Serve on toasted buns.
