Simple hasbrown bake that you'll have most items on hand. The potatoes get a little crunchy with the cheesy and salty egg and ham layer on top.

Ingredients
  • 3 cups shredded hash browns
  • 1/3 cup butter, melted
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 cup ham, diced
  • 1/4 cup onions, diced (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Press hash browns into an ungreased pie pan. Pour butter over top. Bake at 425° for 25-30 minutes.

Meanwhile, in a medium bowl, combine remaining ingredients.

When hashbrowns are done, turn down oven to 350 degrees F.

Pour egg mixture on top of hashbrowns.

Bake for additional 25-30 minutes.

Let set for 10 minutes before serving.
