Ingredients
Dry rub for pork tenderloin
1 tablespoon Chili Powder
1 tablespoon sugar
2 teaspoons black pepper
1 teaspoon Salt
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Directions
Combine above ingredients; rub onto tenderloin, place in a zip lock bag and seal. Turn to coat the meat. Refrigerate at least one hour. Heat up the grill!
