Ingredients
  • 1 pound white fish of your choice
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garlic salt
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
Directions
Mix butter, sauce, and garlic salt together and baste over fish. Grill on medium low heat until just opaque. While fish is grilling prepare Parmesan cheese: put in small pan with olive oil and heat on very low heat until cheese is golden brown. Be careful not to scorch! Spread over grilled fish and serve immediately!

"A quick, delicious meal! We grilled the fish along side 3 zucchini sliced once longways. Served both with a side salad garnished with cilantro and radishes. I did however burn the cheese. I recommend beginning to heat the cheese just before you are about to remove the fish from the grill, and DO NOT stop looking at the pan. Definitely going to make it again.... with a less 'well-done' cheese."
