VEGETARIAN CHILI 5 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 onion, diced (large)
  • 1 green bell pepper, diced (large)
  • 2 cans black beans (15 oz. cans)
  • 2 cans kidney beans (15 ounce cans)
  • 1 can cannellini beans (15 ounce can)
  • 1 can corn (15 ounce can)
  • 1 can diced tomatoes (28 oz. Can)
  • 1 tablespoon Cumin
  • 1 tablespoon Chili Powder
  • 1 tablespoon salt
Directions
In a large stock pot, sauté onion and pepper in oil. Add contents of all cans (including liquid) and spices. Simmer 1 hour.
