"We had company over the weekend so my wife and I decided to try this brunch skillet to serve for breakfast. We fried the bacon Saturday morning and kept it in the refrigerator until we needed it Sunday morning. This saved a little time Sunday morning. It turned out great! Our guests were impressed so we are glad we tried it."
