Hot Buttered Rum Batter Recipe

Ingredients
  • FOR BATTER:
  • 1 cup butter, softened
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 2 cups vanilla ice cream, softened
  • FOR DRINK:
  • 1/3 cup Hot Buttered Rum Batter
  • 1 1/2 ounces rum
  • 1/2 cup boiling water
Directions
Beat butter, brown sugar, powdered sugar, nutmeg and cinnamon together.

Add vanilla ice cream and freeze.

To mix, add 1/3 cup batter, 1 shot of rum and 1/2 cup boiling water.
