Ingredients
1 can corned beef
1 onion (chopped) (medium)
2 cups boiled potatoes (chopped fine or grated)
1 egg (beaten)
2 tablespoons milk
1 teaspoon Salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
Directions
Mix all ingredients well. Make 6 patties. Flour patties and fry in hot grease for about 5 minutes on each side.
