Cauliflower Pizza Crust Recipe

  • 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 1 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 cup grated mozarella cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning

Preheat oven to 450 degrees F and line round pizza baking sheet with parchment paper.

Place cauliflower florets in a food processor and process until "rice" texture. Some coarse chunks are fine.

Place cauliflower in a large bowl and stir in egg, cheese and seasonings until combined.

Place on a prepared baking sheet and press into a pizza crush shape. Bake for 15 minutes.

Top with your favorite toppings and bake again until cheese on top turns golden brown. Slice and enjoy.

"I liked the flavor but it didn't get crispy, like I would expect from "pizza crust". I topped it with roasted vegetables, which I loved, but missed that crispy crunch."
