BAKED FISH IN HERB BUTTER SAUCE Recipe

Ingredients
1 1/2 pounds fish fillet or steak fish
1/2 cup BUTTER (1 STICK)
3 tablespoons turmeric
1 teaspoon garlic
1/2 teaspoon basil
1/2 teaspoon oregano
1/2 teaspoon thyme
1/2 teaspoon rosemary
1/4 cup mushrooms, sliced
1/4 cup green sliced onion
1 lemon sliced
Directions
Lay fillets in baking dish. In a small pan melt butter. Add soy sauce and spices. Pour on the fillets and bake at 375° for 8 minutes. Serve with rice and vegetables.
