BAKED FISH IN HERB BUTTER SAUCE Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 pounds fish fillet or steak fish
  • 1/2 cup BUTTER (1 STICK)
  • 3 tablespoons turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon basil
  • 1/2 teaspoon oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon rosemary
  • 1/4 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 1/4 cup green sliced onion
  • 1 lemon sliced
Directions
Lay fillets in baking dish. In a small pan melt butter. Add soy sauce and spices. Pour on the fillets and bake at 375° for 8 minutes. Serve with rice and vegetables.
