Crock Pot Pepsi Beef Roast Recipe

A great recipe to let cook all day while you are at work, school or play; and then come home to a nice hot mouth-watering meal of tender roast beef.

Ingredients
  • 1 beef roast - 4 to 6 lbs.
  • 1 package Lipton dry onion soup
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can Pepsi
Container:Slow cooker
Directions
  • Place roast in crock pot and sprinkle with onion soup. Add cream of chicken soup and Pepsi.
  • Cook all day on low. Will be very tender.
  • Makes good gravy. Serve with buttered noodles or mashed potatoes.

"The meat was moist and had good flavor but the gravy had just a slight sweetness to it that I was not real fond of. I have run into this with other recipes where soda is used."
