Ingredients
5 ounces soy sauce
1 can beef consommé soup
3 tablespoons lemon juice
1 clove garlic, crushed
Directions
Put brisket in marinade in heavy plastic bag to cover. Place in pan. Turn over several times in frig. Next morning pour off marinade & save for future use sprinkle roast with paprika. Wrap in foil. Bake at 325° for 3-5 hour. Cool & refrigerate - slice thin. (can freeze at this time) Arrange in baking pan. Pour sauce over meat; 1 ketchup, 4 T. brown sugar, 4 T. Worcestershire sauce, 4 T. vinegar. Cover & bake 30 minutes at 300°. Can freeze marinade once.
