Ingredients
4 pounds beef stew meat
4 stalks celery, sliced/cut
2 onions (large)
12 carrots, diced/cut
2 teaspoons salt
2 tablespoons sugar
4 tablespoons minute tapioca
1 1/2 cups V8 Juice
Directions
Combine all ingredients. Cook in a 250° oven (covered) for 4 hours. Or use a crock-pot on low all day. Serve with boiled potatoes.
