Ingredients
1 package Knorr Leek Soup Mix
1 package frozen spinach
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup sour cream
1 bunch green onions
1 can water chestnuts
Directions
Cook and squeeze dry the spinach. Finely chop the green onions. Chop the water chestnuts coarsely. Mix all ingredients together and refrigerate overnight. Serve in a breadbowl, or with chunks of bread and/or crackers.
