Egg Rolls 17 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 pound ground pork
  • 1 pound Ground Beef
  • 5 cloves garlic, pressed
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 won bok cabbage, chop leaves separate from stock
  • 1 onion, chopped (medium)
  • 1 can water chestnuts, grated (8 ounce can)
  • 1 carrot, grated
  • 2 handfuls sprouts, cut through twice
  • 3 packages won ton wrappers (large pkgs)
  • Oil
Directions
In wok combine first 5 ingredients, while meats cook; in a steamer layer separately, cabbage stock first then continue with each ingredient ending with cabbage leaves. Do not over cook vegetables. Combine meats and vegetables. Wet all four sides of won ton wrappers with water, place mixture on top and wrap. Cook in hot oil until browned.
