Round Steak Casserole 2 Recipe

Ingredients
1 1/2 pounds round steak (cut into 1/2 inch cubes)
1 onion (chopped) (medium)
6 potatoes (sliced) (small)
Salt and pepper (to taste)
3 tablespoons margarine
2 beef bouillon cubes
3 carrots (sliced)
Directions
Brown meat in margarine on all sides. Place 1/2 of meat in casserole and add 1/2 of vegetables. Repeat with balance of meat and vegetables. Dissolve bouillon cubes in 1 1/2 C. boiling water and pour over meat and vegetables. Cover and bake in 325° oven for about 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
