1 1/3 Frenches French Fried Onions
1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast.
1 egg (beaten)
Directions
Crush French Fried onions in a plastic bag. Dip chicken in egg until its covered,then coat in onion crumbs. Bake 20 mins. At 400 or until cooked thoroughly.
