Freezer Steak Marinade Recipe

This marinade is perfect for the cabin because the steaks are put in the marinade and then frozen until you're ready to eat them up. So easy!

Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons garlic pepper
  • 2 pounds steaks or London Broil cut thin or tenderized
Directions
Mix soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce and garlic pepper together in a Ziploc bag. Put the meat in the bag with the marinade and squeeze out the excess air. Seal, label and freeze.

Thaw meat at least overnight in your refrigerator.

Remove the meat from the bag, discarding the bag and the used marinade.

Grill the meat on a charcoal or gas grill to the desired doneness.
