Beef Chuck Roast Deluxe Recipe

Ingredients
  • 3 pounds Beef
  • 3 tablespoons A1 Sauce
  • 1 package dry onion soup mix
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
Directions
Brush the beef with the A1 sauce. Rub in dry onion soup mix. Put roast in heavy foil. Pour a can of cream of mushroom soup. Seal the foil and bake at 350° for 2-3 hours. This recipe makes great gravy.
