Garlic Rump Roast Recipe

Ingredients
1 rump roast (serves 7-10 people) (large)
8 cloves garlic(peeled)
1 tablespoon salt
2 tablespoons black pepper
1/2 tablespoon Season-all salt
Directions
Rinse the roast. Pat dry. Cut slits into the roast in 8 places. Insert the peeled garlic in each slit. Salt the meat all over and do the same with the pepper. Add Season-all salt to the bottom of your baking pan. Bake at 375° for 1 1/2 hours until the meat is very tender or the center reaches 180°.
