Slow Cook Sauerkraut & Sausage Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 can sauerkraut (20 ounce can)
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 pounds ground pork sausage
  • 1 onion sliced
Directions
In a medium bowl, combine the sauerkraut and brown sugar, then place in slow cooker. Arrange the sausages and onion over the sauerkraut.

Cook on high for 2 hours, check for dryness, adding water if needed.

Reduce heat to low setting and cook 2 more hours.
