Wiener Stew Recipe

Ingredients
  • 5 pounds potatoes, cubed
  • 1 package hot dogs, cut up
  • 2 cans tomato sauce (15 ounce cans)
  • Salt and Pepper
Directions
Cook potatoes until tender (do not drain). Add hot dogs and tomato sauce, salt and pepper. Let simmer for about 1 hour, stirring occasionally. Eat with crackers or cornbread.
