Shrimp and Broccoli Casserole Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 packages frozen broccoli spears (or fresh equivalent)
  • 1 can Cream of Shrimp Soup
  • 1/2 soup can of milk
  • 1 package cream cheese (8 oz pkg)
  • 3 teaspoons chives
  • Ritz crackers
Directions
Mix soup and milk. Add cream cheese cut into bits. Stir over low heat until smooth. Cook broccoli and drain well. Grease casserole and place broccoli on bottom. Add extra shrimp (cooked; fresh or frozen) to soup mix. Top with crushed Ritz crackers. Heat at 350 degrees until bubbly.
