1.Preheat oven to 350
2.Roll turkey thighs in flour, salt, and pepper
3.Fry in butter
4.Lift turkey from pan and arrange in 9 x 13 pan
5.In same pan, combine:onion, chopped, parsley, brown sugar, turkey or chicken broth, orange juice, and cream of mushroom soup
Pour over turkey and bake 1-1/2 hours or until tender.
