Ingredients
1 Leg of lamb (6-7 lbs at room temperature
2 tablespoons dry mustard
2 tablespoons Olive oil or vegetable oil
1 tablespoon Chopped fresh rosemary
Salt & freshly ground pepper
1/2 cup Water as needed
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°. Season meat with all ingredients and bake for 20 minutes per pound.
