Ingredients
2 pounds lean ground beef
1 can domestic beer --I use Bud Lite
1 to large onion, finely chopped (medium)
2 tablespoons dry mustard
3 tablespoons sugar
1/2 tablespoon black pepper
Salt, to taste
Directions
Combine all ingredients in skillet chopping burger, and cook until beer is mostly evaporated. You want it still moist but not wet. This is a loose meat sandwich heaped on a bun and is traditionally topped with dill pickles and regular yellow mustard. You will just have to try this recipe and see how far it goes. I wouldn't try to feed more than four people though with this amount. I can eat three or four easily. Eat the crumbs or fallout off your plate as it is THAT GOOD!
