| Pronounced "ah-sigh-ee" this fruit is small, round, dark purple in color, and very similar in appearance to a blueberry. Native to the Amazon rainforests of Brazil, the acai berry contains more calcium than comparable amounts of milk and more antioxidants than blueberries.
