A controlled fungus, the term "noble rot" is commonly used when referring to Botrytis Cinerea.
Botrytis Cinerea: A mold or fungus that attacks grapes. When controlled (noble rot) it causes concentrated sugar in grapes resulting in delightfully sweet wines. |
