Thick spaghetti shaped pasta that is hollow in the center, very similar to bucatini or perciatelli pasta, but slightly thicker. This type of pasta is often topped with a hearty meat sauce. If Bucatoni is not available, substitute fettuccine, linguine, bucatini, perciatelli, or spaghetti.
