Conchiglie Pasta  
A pasta variety that is shaped like a small conch shell. It is commonly used in pasta salads and with meat sauces. A smaller version of conchiglie is called conchigliette and a larger version is known as conchiglioni. Other types of pasta that may be used in place of conchiglie include farfalle, fusilli, gemelli, macaroni, rigatoni, or ziti.
