A beverage made by the process of brewing. Beverages such as coffee and tea are brewed with infusion. Coffee beans and tea leaves are soaked or "brewed" in heated water to extract the flavor. Beverages such as beer and ale are the result of a brewing process that produces sugars and alcohol.
