A cooked, ready to eat meat that is made from finely chopped pork and beef with chopped pickles and pimientos (or pimentos) added. After being formed into a loaf and cooked, the Pickle and Pimiento Loaf is kept whole so it can be sliced and served cold as deli meat or luncheon meat.
