| Directions | Combine crab, cheese, onion and cilantro. Spoon mixture in flour tortilla and roll. Place in baking dish. Cream sauce- 1 C heavy whipping cream 4 T Parmesan 1 t garlic powder. Combine and pour over enchiladas. Bake 350° for 15 minutes. Top with cheese. |
