| Directions | Brown hamburger. Season with salt, pepper, and onion. Peel and slice potatoes; put in bottom of casserole. Put browned hamburger on top of potatoes and top with mushroom soup or celery soup. Rinse soup can with 1/2 can water. Pour over hamburger and bake 45 minutes or until potatoes are done. |
