Brown chicken on both sides (opt.). In a 9"x13" pan, add and mix ingredients. Put browned chicken on top. Cover with foil. Bake 350° for one hour or until done.
*If boneless chicken breast is substituted, add frozen, since it cooks much faster than chicken on the bone.
