Mix cream cheese and butter until well blended. Stir in vanilla and brown sugar. Add powdered sugar, then chocolate chips. Mix well. Pour into serving bowl and refrigerate. Take out of refrigerator at least 30 minutes before serving. Serve with graham crackers.
Note: You can make this into a ball after it has been refrigerated and roll it in mini chocolate chips. Then you would take it out of the refrigerator just shortly before serving. I like to serve the soft dip with teddy bear grahams.
