| Directions | Slice beef into very thin strips. In a small bowl, mix cornstarch, broth, soy sauce and garlic. Stir-fry beef in nonstick skillet until browned and juices evaporate. Add onions, peppers and broccoli, if desired. Then add cornstarch mixture. Cook, stirring constantly until mixture boils and thickens. Serve over cooked rice. |
