Juicy Salisbury Steaks Recipe
Directions
Mix together ground beef, onion, bread crumbs, parsley, salt, pepper, Worcestershire, egg and milk. Shape into 6 oval patties.

In large skillet, brown patties in oil for about 6 minutes on each side.

Drain off excess fat. Add the soup with a little water. Simmer, covered, about 5 minutes or until done.
