Put 1/4 cup enchilada sauce on bottom of cake pan. Mix taco meat with refried beans. Spread mixture over tortillas. Roll up. Put rolled up tortillas in pan. Top with rest of sauce. Top with cheddar cheese.
Cover with foil and bake at 325° for 30-45 minutes.
