Unwrap ham, wash well-and trim excess fat if needed. Wrap ham well with foil. Place in a cast iron skillet and add 3/4 cup water to pan. Bake 20 minutes at 350° than decrease to 325° for 30 minutes per pound. Add the initial 20 minutes to total cooking time. Add more water to the pan as needed. At the end unwrap foil and cool. |
