| Directions | Mix hamburger, sauce, salt, chili powder, flour and pepper in 9x13 pan. Sprinkle cheese on top. Mix topping ingredients together like batter and pour over top of casserole. Sprinkle 2 T. chipped onions over the top. Bake @ 425° for 25 minutes or until top is bubbly & brown. |
