Pork Chops N' Rice - Recipe

The beef soup adds great flavor to the rice. And there's a little extra sauce to spoon over the pork chops when served. This recipe easily doubles for a large family.

Pork Chops N' Rice Recipe
Directions
Brown pork chops in skillet.

Melt butter in baking dish. Stir in soups, onion and rice. Mix together.

Put pork chops on top, sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Cook 1 hour at 350° F.
