 | Directions |
- Salt and pepper the steaks.
- Dredge in the flour.
- Brown in 2 tbsp. of oil in a large skillet.
- Place in a large baking dish (doesn't hurt to overlap).
- Drizzle with your favorite BBQ sauce.
- Cover pan with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
