| Directions | Brown hamburg in large skillet. Add peppers and onion and continue cooking until tender. Drain fat. Meanwhile, prepare rice (I use instant brown rice). Add garlic salt, tomato sauce, and rice to skillet. Heat through. If desired, place Velveeta slices over mixture, cover and heat additional 1-2 min. |
