Peel potatoes and slice crosswise. Cut ham into pieces. Spray casserole dish with cooking spray. Dip each potato slice into flour and place a layer of potatoes into casserole dish. Add a layer of ham and a layer of cheese. Salt and pepper and add a small amount of milk. Repeat with another layer of potatoes, ham, cheese, seasoning and milk. Top with a layer of cheese. Bake at 350 degrees until potatoes are tender. |
