| Directions | Cook bacon, ground beef, onion and bell pepper in skillet; drain well. Mix together rest of ingredients and put in crock pot. Stir in meat mixture and cook on low all day. NOTE: This can also be cooked covered in oven for 1-2 hours at 300°. |
